All music streamed on OldSoulRadio consists of recordings originally published before 1930. Under United States copyright law, these recordings have entered the public domain and are free from copyright restrictions.

Public domain status means these works can be freely listened to, downloaded, shared, remixed, and used for any purpose — commercial or non-commercial — without permission or payment.

We source our recordings from the Internet Archive (archive.org), a non-profit digital library that provides free public access to collections of digitized materials.

While the recordings themselves are in the public domain, OldSoulRadio's curation, editorial content, liner notes, and website design are original works.

We make reasonable efforts to correctly attribute recordings to their original artists. If you believe any attribution is incorrect, please contact us and we will make corrections promptly.

Artist biographical information is compiled from publicly available historical sources and is provided for educational and cultural context.

OldSoulRadio collects minimal data. We do not require user accounts for listening. If you purchase credits or a premium membership, your email address is used solely for transaction processing.

We use standard web analytics to understand how the station is used. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment transactions.

OldSoulRadio is provided as-is. We stream recordings from third-party sources (primarily the Internet Archive) and cannot guarantee continuous availability of any specific recording.

Premium memberships and credit purchases are non-refundable but may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
